PE Log -- first quarter

Put a comment under this post whenever you do some exercise....showing date, amount of time, and type of exercise. Like this:

11/1 -- 45 min -- running
You will not have to do this during football season because the dates, time and type of exercise are pretty obvious. So this won't start until about November unless you do MORE exercise than football and want to mark it to use later.

You are supposed to have 140 minutes a week -- 20 minutes every day or 45 minutes 3 times a week.
